Tax returns

Your Dutch tax return is prepared and filed properly, and explained so you actually understand it.

The blue envelope, handled

Whether it’s your first Dutch tax return or your fifth, the forms weren’t written with you in mind. P-form, M-form, C-form: we know them all inside out.

We review your income, deductions, assets and tax credits, claim everything you’re entitled to, and file on time.

And when it’s done, you get a plain-English walkthrough of the outcome: what you’ll receive, what you owe and why.

Our process

From a five-minute form to a filed and explained return

1. You fill in the form

Tell us about your situation through a short questionnaire. Five minutes, no tax knowledge required.

2. You receive our proposal

A fixed price and a clear scope, with the invoice. You know exactly what it costs before anything starts.

3. We get acquainted

A quick onboarding (we’re legally required to verify your identity) and a scheduled moment with your consultant.

4. You share your details

A guided checklist tells you exactly what we need. Upload once, and we take it from there.

5. We prepare and file

Your adviser builds your return, claims what you’re entitled to, and only comes back to you if something needs clarifying.

6. You approve, we file

You receive your return with a clear explanation before it goes anywhere. Once you give the green light, we file it. And when the Tax Authorities send their assessment months later, we check it matches what we filed.

A fixed price before we begin

Tell us about your situation through a short form. Five minutes, no tax knowledge required.

We’ll get back to you quickly with a proposal and a fixed price, so you know exactly where you stand before anything starts.

From there, your return stays with one adviser who knows your file, asks when something needs clarifying, and keeps you posted until it’s filed.

Your situation more complex than a standard return?

Divorce, inheritance, cross-border income or a letter from the Belastingdienst. Some questions need more than a filing. Book a paid consult and get a straight answer.

What clients say about us

Real feedback from the companies and teams we work with every day.

“We have been working with DutchTaxAdvice for almost 5 years. They have helped us register companies, manage taxes, handle employment contracts and essentially manage everything we needed to keep the company functioning so we could focus on our product instead of accounting or tax management. They are true experts and always happy to advice best options in concrete situations.”

Leven Vision B.V.

“DutchTaxAdvice has proven to be the partner we had been hoping to find, and their support began long before we were even incorporated. They walked us through incorporation, submitting amendments to the KVK, and helped our employees apply for the 30% ruling. They’re responsive, friendly, and quick to help translate Dutch tax requirements whenever needed.”

Rogue Agency B.V.
“I’ve been working with Dutchtaxadvice for years. My business has several sides, from one-on-one clients to group workshops and several events organised, so it can get complex fast. They make even the complicated parts easy, and I always know exactly what I need to do to stay compliant, pay my taxes on time, and know where I stand financially.”

FAQ

Common questions answered clearly

Do I need to file a Dutch tax return?

You must file if the Tax Authorities invite you to, or if you owe more than €46 in additional tax. Even without an invitation, filing is often worth it: many internationals are due a refund.

It’s the return for the year you moved to or from the Netherlands, and it’s famously long. For us it’s routine; you’ll only answer a handful of questions.

Don’t panic. We can often arrange an extension, and if a penalty is already looming we’ll tell you honestly where you stand and what to do next.

Yes, and often that’s the smart move: as fiscal partners, allocating income and deductions well can lower your combined bill. We optimise it as one return.
